An Online Gallery is simply a way for a photographer to deliver high resolution images to a client. The images are stored in the cloud and can easily be access from a phone or desktop. Galleries make viewing your images simple and beautiful.

Photographs, illustrations and other images will generally be protected by copyright as artistic works. This means that a user will usually need the permission of the copyright owner(s) if they want to perform certain acts, such as copying the image or sharing it on the internet.

There are a number of reasons why art galleries may restrict members of the public from photographing works. Of these, the most common are: * Conservation and care – Allowing members of the public to photograph an art work may result in damage to that or other works.

If you don't want a photographer to use your photographs in their portfolio or for advertising purposes you always have the option to ask them not to. However you should do this before you enter into a contract with the photographer.

In your list, you should include: the purposes of the processing, what kind of data you process, who has access to it in your organization, any third parties (and where they are located) that have access, what you're doing to protect the data (e.g. encryption), and when you plan to erase it (if possible)

In general, you are entitled to take pictures of anything you wish, when in a public place. You may take pictures of private property, people, or anything else you fancy. On private property, you are also generally allowed to take photographs, provided you have permission to be on the property.

If you plan to use photographs, videos, drawings, or other images that you did not create, you need to be sure to avoid copyright infringement claims. In most cases, you will need to obtain permission from the person holding the rights to the image. This includes images found online.

Why do photographers not give you all photos? This is because photographers typically take a large number of photographs during an event or session, and not all of the photographs will be of high enough quality or meet the photographer's artistic standards to be included in the final selection.
